Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to weather or supply issues, we’ll notify you by email. Because each item is hand crafted your patience is appreciated but you will be made aware of the progress of the creation of your item via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows. We only ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing (for international orders).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damages and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local post office or delivery carrier before reaching out.

Returns / Exchanges

Unfortunately as each item is built by hand we are unable to take returns unless their was something extremely defective with what was shipped. Please reach out.
